Hello! My name is Judith Nowlin and I am a certified Bradley Method ® Chilbirth Educator and DONA certified birth doula teaching Natural Childbirth classes in Boulder, CO. As a mother of three, all born naturally, their birth days are remembered as some of the most incredible moments of my life!
My Bradley Method ® classes focus on the pregnancy and birth process as a state of wellness: centered on the knowledge that all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are delicately interwoven. The vast curriculum covers everything you need to be well prepared for your birth.
The focus of my teaching and support is on prevention to avoid unnecessary intervention. Each of the twelve classes includes a lengthy relaxation practice, prenatal nutrition focus, and hands on massage techniques for the partner. The ultimate goal of the class and my doula support is optimal health and wellness for both mother and baby.
Through twelve weeks of class, a strong community of expectant parents is formed as we embark on the journey of parenthood together. We laugh, play games and have a ton of fun while we explore pregnancy and birth with a fresh perspective!
Be warned: This is not your average childbirth class. One of the most common sentiments I hear from Dads at the conclusion of our three months together is, "I can't believe it's already over!"
